Having served as chairman of both the Monongalia County and West Virginia State Republican Parties, appointed by President Trump to lead the USDA in West Virginia, and currently directing WVEDA under Governor Jim Justice, Warner has consistently demonstrated his leadership and commitment to West Virginia. Married to Joyce, they are proud parents of five children.
